For your first treatment, start with the shortest treatment duration recommended for your specific goal, usually 2-3 minutes per area. Begin with treatments every other day to allow your body to adjust. If you tolerate the first few sessions well, you can gradually increase the duration by 30 seconds to 1 minute per session and increase the frequency to daily sessions. Then, the recommended treatment times for the desired treatment area will apply. A day off per week is beneficial.
Distances and duration:
A distance of 15 to 60 cm per irradiated area is recommended for a duration of 10 to 20 minutes. The greater the distance to the body, the larger the irradiated area. However, the intensity of the radiation decreases with increasing distance, requiring a longer treatment time.

Das Gerät macht einen soliden Eindruck. Nutze es für unterschiedlichste Anwendungen und hoffe, dass es wirkt.
Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Panel und dem Service der bei Nachfragen sehr schnell und kompetent antwortet. Das Ergebnis nach nur kurzer Zeit der Anwendung von Rotlichttherapie hat mich sehr überzeugt. Eine Wunde die seit einem Jahr nicht geheilt war ist nach ganz kurzer Zeit mit der Rotlichttherapie zugeheilt. Ich bedanke mich für dieses super Produkt.
Bestrahle 3x die Woche morgens für 3 Minuten meine Augen (trockene Makulardegeneration) , das Kontrast-und Tiefensehenhat sich verbessert, Erkrankung ist unverändert stabil. Sehr vielversprechend. Auch sehr positive Erfahrung mit Rotlicht und NIR auf die Bauchorgane, wunderbar angenehm und vitalisierend.
Bei meinem 78 jährigen Bekannten waren nach zweimaliger Nutzung des Gerätes GEN70 die Schmerzen in den Schultergelenken weg. Vorher konnte er seinen Pullover nicht ohne schmerzhafte Verenkungen anziehen. Dies bedeutet, dass er auf Schmerzmittel verzichten kann!
Ich persönlich habe den GEN70 ein paarmal für mein Gesicht benutzt und fühle mich irgendwie frischer. Daher habe ich mich nun wegen der größeren Flächenabdeckung für den GEN300 entschieden. Das ist das, was ich guten Gewissens dazu sagen kann.
Unseren Augen hat es ebenso gut getan, wie dem schmerzhaften Rücken. Ich konnte meine Ischiasbeschwerden in kurzer Zeit los werden. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre eine detailiertere Gebrauchsanweisung, aber dies wird ausgeglichen durch eine super Beratung und Hilfe bei allen anfallenden Fragen.
Das Produkt wirkt wertig und ist im Raum auch als Möbel integrierbar. Wir haben und für das kleine Gerät entschieden, weil wir es auch gerne auf Reisen mitnehmen möchten.
Die Modi sind leicht einzustellen. Leider enthält die Information zum Gerät nicht mehr Informationen als die Internetseite, um eine individuelle Konfiguration zu erstellen.
Über die Wirkung meines Geräts kann ich noch gar nichts sagen, da ich es als Post Vak Patientin mit ausgeprägtem Krankheitsbild probiere.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät!
Zuletzt habe ich es unterstützend verwendet, um Blockaden im Rücken zu lockern. Die Wärme war angenehm und die Schmerzen waren nach den Anwendungen gelindert. Das Gerät ist leicht zu bedienen und steht stabil.
Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass sich der Einstrahlwinkel nicht so leicht feststellen lässt. Ich bin trotzdem sehr zufrieden.
Ein tolles Teil! Meine Frau und ich setzen es beinahe täglich ein - für das Gesicht, gegen Verspannungen im Nacken oder auch (jetzt bei den niedrigen Temperaturen draußen), gegen kalte Hände.
Die Verarbeitungsqualität ist hervorragend und dank Touchscreen ist das Gerät super einfach zu bedienen.

Die Lampe erfüllt meiner Meinung seinen Zweck. Hilft mir bei Rückenschmerzen in der Wirbelsäule. Weiter habe ich sie noch nicht verwendet.
Allerdings ist die Beschreibung für den Normalverbraucher dürftig.
Bei der manuellen Einstellung der beiden Lichtquellen (Rotlicht/NIR) fehlen mir Empfehlungen, welche Stärke und Zeit zB. bei Erkältung, Schnupfen, Halsschmerzen, Entzündungen udgl. zweckmässig währen.
Wenn ein paar Beispiele in der Anleitung angeführt währen, wäre das für die nicht professioellen Anwender beim Hausgebrauch von großer Hilfe. Vielleicht gibt es eine Ergänzung diesbezüglich.
Ansonsten ist die Lampe von guter Qualität und sauber verarbeitet.
