For your first treatment, start with the shortest treatment duration recommended for your specific goal, usually 2-3 minutes per area. Begin with treatments every other day to allow your body to adjust. If you tolerate the first few sessions well, you can gradually increase the duration by 30 seconds to 1 minute per session and increase the frequency to daily sessions. Then, the recommended treatment times for the desired treatment area will apply. A day off per week is beneficial.

Distances and duration:

A distance of 15 to 60 cm per irradiated area is recommended for a duration of 10 to 20 minutes. The greater the distance to the body, the larger the irradiated area. However, the intensity of the radiation decreases with increasing distance, requiring a longer treatment time.
