FlameWhite: Reading / Drawing / Writing

It has a precisely tuned spectrum with a wavelength of 600 nm and a melanopic/photopic ratio of 0.099. It is ideal for applications where vision is required but biological activation should be avoided, and therefore has little disruption to sleep.

DeepRed: Night light/ Sleep phase/ Meditation

The deep red light at 670 nm was chosen to support mitochondrial activity in retinal cells. Its very low melanopic component makes it particularly suitable for nighttime use, reducing visual strain and promoting preparation for sleep.
