Step 1: Peel back one side of the adhesive tape to stick it to the dot, peel back the other side to stick it to your skin. Alternatively, use the included tape.

Step 2: Press and hold the touchpad on the back of the Dot (for longer than three seconds) to turn the device on. After two seconds, the (storage) mode will be displayed. When fully charged, all lights will illuminate.

Step 3: Select the most suitable mode.

Step 4: Switch off the device after use. Remove the dot from your skin and peel off the sticker from the product's surface.
