Preparation

Before you begin the therapy, connect the adapter cable to the lamp and a power source. For the first use, we recommend a short skin sensitivity test to ensure that you tolerate the treatment well.

Use the remote control or the controls on the lamp to select the appropriate mode for your needs:

Start application

Safety firstPut on the included safety goggles to protect your eyes.
Optimal distancePosition the lamp at a distance of 7.5 to 15 cm (3–6 inches) from the treated area.
Exposed skinMake sure the area to be treated is free of clothing so that the light can act directly on the skin.

Special applications

Skin healthUse the lamp for 10-15 minutes, 3-5 times per week.
Joint and muscle pain10–20 minutes, 5–7 times per week. Daily in case of acute symptoms.
Sleep quality and melatonin production30–60 minutes, 5–7 times per week, ideally in vision mode.
Thyroid function: 8–10 minutes, 5–7 times per week, directed at the neck area.

Tips for using Vision Mode

There are two possibilities that+Vision functionto use optimally:

Therapeutic applicationPosition the lamp at a distance of approximately 40 cm, exposing the eyes to around 8 mW/cm² at a wavelength of 670 nm. Important: Use this mode only for3 minutesand move your gaze around the lamp instead of looking directly into the light.
Ambient modeUse the light as ambient lighting to reduce eye muscle strain caused by artificial, blue-dominated light. This promotes relaxation and improved well-being.
